Protects against rust and corrosion from saltwater, hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, mild mineral acids, and chlorine, making it ideal for extremely harsh operating environments. EWL best stuff for ARs and hot black gun (11.07.2009)

I have tried so many different products in running ARs ultra clean, ultra dirty, you name it. Pat Rogers recommended this stuff and I've used it ever since. I now only clean my ARs after at least 2k rds using this stuff. And not because of malfunctions, just cuz they're gross. Using this stuff I have never experienced wep malf on my DPMSs, CMMGs or Colts AS LONG AS I RUN THEM WET WITH EWL. It's non-petroleum for easy clean up and only non-lube fouling on suppressed blasters (no gun with a can on runs clean).

I do wish Brownells would sell the big 32 oz spray bottles. They are great for when you're in a training class with other non-milspec Frankengun users. But of course, those guys have other problems too.

This is the best lubricant I have ever used! Especially on the AR-15 platform, nothing else even comes close. Wipe it on, let it sit and then wipe off any excess and you are good to go for AT LEAST 1000 rounds. I use it on all my weapons and the Department's AR's too.

I haven't been able to test it extensively yet. So far it made a huge difference with my 10/22 though. Love how you can wipe it off and still see a film left to protect. This stuff stays where you put it. Excellent lube.

I run this in my AR after reading about several other people having good luck with it. I keep the AR generously lubricated with this stuff and I never have any problems. It lubricates very well, and makes cleaning easy. Also works as a great penetrating oil/lubricant around the garage. Also, I like that it's NON TOXIC, unlike other products of this type.

I use this on all my firearms. No grimy build up, superior lubrication, and quick easy followup cleanings. I use this on all the door hinges around my house and on the hinges of my folding knives as well. Some even made it's way into the pedals of my sons tricycle, and axle areas on his tricycle and scooter. Non toxic is a big plus in my book as well.

i've been using this for about a year non and there is a noticeable difference in performance in my Ar, AK, and SA pistols. I usually put a liberal coating after cleaniong, let it sit in the safe. prior to shooting I'll wipe it down and there is a "dry" coating that does an increadible job and does not attract dust. A must when shooting in dusty eastern Colorado. Makes the next cleaning easier too. Give it a try and you'll be buying more.

Very useful used it on a trigger spring, mag release, and another part on my xd, lubed it up nice and good. Got some on my fingers and i could just feel the lubrication and friction reduction from just rubbbing it between my fingers.

used this on my xdm. it was amazing compared to CLP that i normaly use. i could instantlly tell the diffrance in the operation of the firearm.i then used it on all my other firearms and any friction like the mag relies was gone. the best part is it stays where you put it.

I've been using the EWL Lube as well as the other Slip 2000 products for almost 3 years. I love this stuff. I use it exclusively on all of our department pistols and rifles. Our rifles take a beating at our ranges, as they are constantly being passed on from shooter to shooter. They are always running hot. Since I switched to this lube about 3 years ago, we have ZERO problems. Awesome product.

Easy to use, lubes really well. Comparable to frog lube, but does not become sticky. Does not suffer from other grease contamination like FL. I'm really satisfied with this product.

Wipe off all carbon with a rag (09.12.2017)

Ive used a lot of gun lubes/CLPs in my time, but this is the first one where the carbon literally wipes off the bolt carrier group with a paper towel or a rag. And no tooth brush scrubbing or solvents to get rid of small bits of stuck on carbon. Thats pretty amazing, least to me. Its impressive.

I use this product on my Rock River Arms AR15. Because its thinner than the EWL30, I use the regular EWL for the lower receiver and the sights and non critical areas on my upper receiver. The EWL drips thru AR pin punches on the upper receiver and gets into all areas.

This stuff has no smell or odor....making it good for hunting AR15s or AR10s. If you have to clean and relube your rifles inside, in your garage or basement or man cave, I'd recommend this product along with SLIP2000s other product, EWL 30 oil. It has no noxious fumes.

This is an outstanding product and I believe its best reserved for semi-auto rifles with dirty internal type gas systems, like the AR15 or AR10 rifles. It probably would be fine for semi-auto rimfire rifles like the Ruger 10/22, as well as any other "oil only" semi auto rifles.

I dont recommend this for semi-auto rifles that have M1 Garand type actions, which require grease.

I think this product is overkill for non gas operated semi-auto rifles. For my lever rifle or shotgun, I'd use the original SLIP2000 lube, instead.

Very Good Lube for AR Platform Rifles! (23.08.2018)

Great for all Firearms! But Excellent for the bolt and carrier on AR Platform Rifles, it does make the carbon easier to clean, not really just wipe off if there's a lot of carbon, but it makes it easier for sure! Stays on there too! Very Slick and has no smell!

I Highly Recommend it!
