Same construction as the BG-16 with ergonomics that fit larger-handed shooters. A single large internal storage compartment holds batteries, small spare parts, or supplies. Includes stainless steel, Dry-Lok attaching screw and installation tool.

Install is caveman easyâ¦even comes with pre-Loctited Allen head machine screw, and a quality hex wrenchâ¦first class all the way with Tangodownâ¦only wish it also came in foliage green and olive drab. About color: they're solid not painted, and Tangodown's dark earth complements similar Magpul furniture okay. Fits all our forged and billet receivers (with or without removable finger guard), without needing modification. I do like to spend a minute rubbing all edges with Scotchbrite, but it's not critical. Rock solid, no gaps, no pinch gloved or bare, secure internal storage, seems watertight, might even be bullet proof? I have all brands of grips, now stacked like cordwood in my spares boxâ¦the BG17 is the grip of choice.

Hand filling grip 13.02.2013
If you prefer a hand filling grip with good ergonomics, this grip is for you. I have both the two style grips of Tango down. The smaller one without the beavertail is too small for my personal preference even thought I have a medium size hand. This grip feels better in my hand. The added beavertail certainly add more to its ergonomic and comfort. Caution: If you have a small hand, you may find this grip too big.

BG-17 Grip: Must Have for Med-Lg Hands! 11.10.2012
I have med sized hands and have always had a problem with the stock grips on the M-16/M-4/AR-15 being too thin for a good solid grip & causing distance to trigger to be too close for consistent trigger finger contact/control. The BG-17 grip cured both these problems for me, instant increase in both control and accuracy. It was easy to install & fit pefectly on my DPMS Prairie Panther. I highly recommend it.

I picked this to replace the standard A2 grip- it was a full on drop in for the Scar 17s. no mods needed.
I would have given it 5 stars if it had texture on the back - but otherwise it is a nice solid feel- fills out my hand.
