This picatinny rail is meant to be mounted on the rib of the Savage Renegauge barrel. This will allow you to mount any type of optic that requires a picatinny or weaver base. Picatinny cross slots run the full length of the rail, which gives the shooter flexibility when mounting scope rings and other accessories. EGW one-piece scope mounts are the obvious choice for hunters and tactical shooters alike. EGW machine these in their shop using one of their machining centers. After machining, the mounts are tumbled, sand blasted, and Type III anodized for long lasting durability. Installation: EGW recommends 20 inch lbs of torque and a drip of blue loctite (loctite is sold separately). Installation: EGW empfiehlt ein Drehmoment von 20 Zoll-Pfund und einen Tropfen blauen Loctite (Loctite wird separat verkauft).
