The BTFA Buffer Tube Folding Adapter from SB Tactical provides a simple upgrade to improve the portability of your bolt action chassis-system rifle by giving it a folding buttstock. The BTFA lets you put a folding stock on any rifle that uses a standard AR-15 buffer tube as the attachment point for mounting its buttstock. The adapter simply screws into the rear of the chassis - where the AR-15 buffer tube would normally go - and then the buffer tube is screwed into the BTFA. The BTFA adds only 1.1" to your rifle's length-of-pull when installed. You can either compensate for that by extending the buttstock a little less, if it's an adjustable M4 carbine type stock. And many shooters with longer arms will welcome the additional LOP.
